01Data controller
Dr. Burak Gümüşçü is the data controller for personal data shared through this site. Contact details are in the footer.
02Data processed
The appointment form processes your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in the message field. The site also uses strictly necessary cookies and, subject to your consent, analytics data.
03Purpose
Data is processed solely to assess your appointment request, get back to you, and meet legal obligations. Any marketing use requires separate, explicit consent.
04Legal basis
Processing rests on performance of a contract and legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2; where health data is involved, on explicit consent or the provision of healthcare under a duty of confidentiality per Art. 6.
05Sharing
Data is never sold. It is shared only with the hosting and communication providers strictly required to run the service, under appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
06Retention
Appointment requests are kept for the period required by applicable law after the request is resolved, then deleted or anonymised.
07Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages. Send your request to the email address below.
08Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies run without consent. Analytics cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
09Making a request
